The European Football Championship is coming: Tricolor Bruschetta
Today we’re sharing a recipe prepared by food blogger Simona Cellauro @cucina_con_simona #cucinaconsimona
With the days getting warmer, the desire to see Sicily again with its blue sea and green countryside grows. What colors... and what scents!
Well, just because it’s still early for a vacation doesn't mean you have to give up its flavors!
I suggest an intriguing garden aperitif, fresh and super quick to prepare… with the right ingredients, of course!
The base, clearly, is the bread. I prefer one with a crispy crust, and for this version, I chose a cereal bread with quinoa and amaranth flour, but you can use whichever one you prefer based on your tastes and aftertastes 😉
If you have more time and the idea excites you, you could try the homemade version by starting by making the bread yourself! In that case, check out the flours you find on our site!

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
Bread (6 slices)
Hot chili pepper pâté – Bonuè
Basil pesto – Bonuè
Mozzarella
Salt and herbs
Garlic (if you prefer)
TOOLS and TIME
Pan or grill
5 - 10 minutes
METHOD
Slice the bread and heat it in a pan or on the grill to make it super crispy!
Then, generously spread the pâtés and add the mozzarella in small pieces.
Serve warm!

TIPS
You can add anything else that whets your appetite using your imagination, for example, some carrot sticks and green olives!
Or indulge yourself with other Mediterranean flavors: black olive, green olive, or artichoke pâté and many other flavors that you can find on the site!
