Always guided by respect for the rhythms of nature and for the essence of every ingredient, today we safeguard its aromas and flavors, bringing them intact to your table.

At the origin of our journey is the work in our family olive grove in Belpasso, where a green and vibrant Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been produced for decades. Thanks to increasingly attentive and sustainable agricultural practices and high-precision cold pressing, we have managed to bring to life a Nocellara dell’Etna monocultivar—an ancient and noble local variety with a typically fruity aroma—that is better than ever.
