Perciasacchi Pesto Spaghetti
Today we present to you the spaghetti with pesto prepared by food blogger Simona Cellauro @cucina_con_simona #cucinaconsimona
If pasta is the symbol of Italian gastronomy, one could say that Organic Perciasacchi is the symbol of good Sicilian pasta.
I am a true "pasta lover," so I couldn't let this opportunity slip by!
Antichi Granai Perciasacchi flour spaghetti are a type of thick, rough spaghetti capable of absorbing sauces well. In short, a spaghetti…with a soul!
The unique feature lies in their length and "arched" shape.
These spaghetti lend themselves to so many recipes: from the simplest, like garlic and oil or tomato sauce, to others that are more elaborate and the result of creativity.

The recipe I propose is: Spaghetti with pesto.

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
200 g spaghetti - Antichi Granai
Pesto – Bonuè, to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Grana cheese
Salt
METHOD
Boil water in a pot, add the spaghetti and salt. Let them cook for 10 minutes and then drain them (pasta is best enjoyed al dente!)
I pour the pesto into the same pot and continue to stir over low heat. Serve hot!

And what is your version?
