Sulla Honey

It is Mount Etna that gives us sulla, a typical herbaceous plant that grows wild on the slopes of the volcano. From it, bees collect pollen to make a naturally sweet, yet delicate and creamy honey, whose aroma brings back hints of straw and dried grass. Just like its color: light and blonde like the sun.
