Baked product with a characteristic trunk shape with star-shaped ridges and uniform air pockets. Characteristic, harmonious taste and aroma of butter; typical smell of leavened product.Highly soft and tender. Light brown exterior color, medium yellow interior.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough (wheat), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, skimmed milk powder, salt, ascorbic acid, butter, liquid butter, cocoa butter, whole eggs from barn-raised hens of category A, sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.
