Naturally leavened baked dessert with pistachio cream. Baked product with a characteristic dome shape and uniform honeycomb structure. Characteristic, harmonious flavor and aroma of toasted pistachio. Typical scent of leavened product and toasted pistachio. Highly soft and tender. Brown exterior color, medium yellow interior.

Ingredients: Type 0 wheat flour, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough (wheat), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk powder, salt, ascorbic acid, butter, liquid butter, yolk of eggs from free-range hens of category A, sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.

White chocolate coating: White chocolate (sugar, vegetable fat [palm kernel, coconut], skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: (soy) lecithin, flavorings), toasted whole pistachios (2%).

Pistachio spreadable cream (35%): Pistachio 35% (EU and non-EU origin), sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, coconut, cocoa butter), white chocolate 15% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter), lactose, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavorings.

Allergens: May contain peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, mustard.
