Naturally leavened baked dessert with Sicilian nougat cream. Baked product with a characteristic dome shape and uniform honeycomb structure. Characteristic, harmonious taste and aroma of white chocolate and nougat. Typical scent of leavened product, white chocolate, and nougat. Highly soft and tender. Brown color on the outside, medium yellow on the inside.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough (wheat), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk powder, salt, ascorbic acid, butter, liquid butter, yolk of barn eggs category A, sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.

White chocolate coating: White chocolate (sugar, vegetable fat [palm kernel, coconut], skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings, almond nougat.

Nougat spread (34%): Sicilian almond nougat 34% (Sicilian almonds 43.8%, sugar, Sicilian honey, glucose syrup, pistachios 3.8%, egg white, natural vanilla flavoring), sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, coconut, cocoa butter), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: lecithins, natural vanilla flavoring.
