Naturally leavened baked confectionery with salted caramel drops and grains of Mozia salt. Baked product with a characteristic dome shape and uniform honeycomb structure. Characteristic, harmonious flavor and aroma of salted caramel. Typical scent of leavened product and caramel milk chocolate. Highly soft and tender. External brown color, medium yellow interior with caramel cream drops.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, natural sourdough (wheat), salt, ascorbic acid, salted caramel drops (glucose syrup, whole milk powder, Isigny A.O.P. crème fraîche, Isigny A.O.P. salted butter 3.6%, Guerande salt 1.2%, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin), butter, liquid butter, yolk from eggs of barn-raised hens of category A, fresh cream, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, Madagascar vanilla beans.

CARAMEL FILLING: Salted caramel cream (glucose syrup, water, sugar, 79° Bx caramelized sugar, sweetened condensed milk, ethyl alcohol, butter, thickener: corn starch, gelling agent: pectin, salt, natural flavors, caramelized sugar, preservative: potassium sorbate).

EXTERNAL GLAZE: Caramel milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, caramelized sugar 1.5%, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavors, natural vanilla extract). Grains of Mozia salt.
