Panettone with dark chocolate chips and chocolate filling, without raisins or candied citrus peel. Baked product with a characteristic dome shape and uniform air pockets. Characteristic, harmonious flavor and aroma of dark chocolate. Typical smell of leavened product and dark chocolate. Highly soft and tender. Brown exterior, medium-yellow interior with dark chocolate chips and cream.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, natural sourdough (wheat), salt, ascorbic acid, dark chocolate chips (contains soy), butter, liquid butter, yolks from cage-free eggs (Grade A), sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.

DARK CHOCOLATE FILLING: Glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, thickeners (pectin), flavorings, preservative (potassium sorbate), salt, cocoa extract.
