Panettone with Sicilian ancient grain dough (Maiorca), PGI Campania Annurca apple, Ciaculli mandarin, and a Sicilian almond glaze topping. Baked product with a characteristic dome shape and uniform airiness. Characteristic, harmonious flavor and aroma of apple, mandarin, and almonds. Typical scent of a leavened almond product. Highly soft and tender. Brown exterior, medium-yellow interior with apple.

Ingredients: Type 0 wheat flour, sugar, natural sourdough (wheat), salt, Sicilian ancient grain flour (Maiorca), PGI Campania Annurca apple, candied Ciaculli mandarin, butter, liquid butter, egg yolk from free-range hens (Category A), Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.

EXTERNAL GLAZE: Sicilian almond glaze (sugar, egg white, Sicilian almond flour), whole Sicilian almonds.
