Naturally leavened baked dessert with hazelnut cream. Baked product with a characteristic dome shape and uniform honeycomb structure. Characteristic, harmonious flavor and aroma of toasted hazelnuts. Typical scent of leavened product and toasted hazelnuts. Highly soft and tender. Brown exterior color, medium yellow interior.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough [wheat], mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk powder, salt, ascorbic acid, butter, liquid butter, egg yolk from free-range hens category A, sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.

Milk chocolate coating: Milk chocolate (sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, coconut), skimmed milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa with 10-12% cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), flavorings, toasted hazelnut granules (3.5%).

Hazelnut spread (30%): Sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower), finely crumbled biscuits 12%, wheat flour, concentrated butter, skimmed milk powder, barley malt flour, salt, hazelnuts, fat-reduced cocoa with 10/12% cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin (soy), natural flavorings, antioxidant (rosemary extract), selected hazelnut 30%.
