Characteristic flavor and aroma, harmonious with candied lemon. Typical scent of leavened product and lemon. Highly soft and tender. Brown exterior color, medium yellow interior with visible candied lemon in the cross-section.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type 0, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough (wheat), salt, ascorbic acid, candied lemon, extra virgin olive oil, butter (LACTOSE-FREE), egg yolk from free-range hens category A, sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.
