Panettone with ancient Sicilian wheat (Maiorca) dough, semi-candied figs and strawberries, and a white chocolate almond coating. Baked product with a characteristic dome shape and uniform honeycomb structure. Characteristic, harmonious flavor and aroma of strawberries and figs. Typical scent of leavened product and fruit. Highly soft and tender. Brown exterior, medium-yellow interior with figs and small strawberries.

Ingredients: Type 0 wheat flour, sugar, natural sourdough starter (wheat), salt, ancient Sicilian wheat flour (Maiorca), semi-candied figs, semi-candied strawberries, butter, liquid butter, egg yolk from category A barn-raised eggs, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.

EXTERNAL GLAZE: White chocolate almond glaze (sugar, vegetable fat [palm kernel, coconut], skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings, almond paste), toasted sliced almonds.
