Panettone with semi-candied pears and dark chocolate chips inside, without raisins or candied citrus peel. Baked product with a characteristic dome shape and uniform honeycomb structure. Characteristic, harmonious flavor and aroma of dark chocolate and candied pears. Typical scent of leavened product and dark chocolate. Highly soft and tender. Brown exterior color, medium yellow interior with dark chocolate chips and cubes of candied pears.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, fructose, natural sourdough (wheat), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk powder, salt, ascorbic acid, butter, liquid butter, yolk of eggs from free-range hens category A, sugar, Sicilian wildflower honey, orange paste, fresh cream, salt, Madagascar vanilla beans.
