Almond Pesto

Among the dozens of pestos that Sicilian regional cuisine has to offer, almond pesto is one of the most popular. Similar to the Trapani style, it is a rustic, delicate, and fresh sauce, thanks in part to the addition of lemon and mint, which manages to win over every palate.
