Prickly pears, a symbol of Sicily, thrive abundantly thanks to the richness of the island’s volcanic soil, which gives them a unique and unmistakable flavor. For the preparation of our rosolio, the sweetest and ripest fruits are carefully peeled and left to infuse in high-quality alcohol. After a period of maceration, the infusion is carefully filtered and mixed with water and sugar, creating a liqueur with an alcohol content of 30%. Its intense, natural, and vibrant red color comes directly from the fruit’s characteristic pigmentation, encapsulating all the warmth and essence of the Sicilian land.

Limoncello Rosolio

Limoncello is one of Sicily's most iconic and appreciated liqueurs, a symbol of a tradition that tastes of sun and authenticity. Our artisanal production faithfully follows the ancient recipe to ensure a product of superior quality. The carefully selected lemons are harvested and peeled by hand to obtain very thin peels, which are essential for a perfect infusion.

The peels are immersed in pure alcohol, where they release all their aroma and characteristic intense yellow color. Subsequently, the infusion is combined with a balanced mixture of water and sugar, creating a creamy and enveloping liqueur.
