Volcanic sand, rich in mineral skeleton, and manual care in the vineyards of the Agata Santangelo estate result in a luminous ruby red capable of telling its own story without filters. Processed with rigorous pre-fermentation cold maceration, this pure Nerello captures the citrus and spicy scents of the Etnean terroir in the glass, offering a direct, sapid, and unforgettable drinking experience.

• 🌋 Sandy Volcanic Terroir: The roots delve into soil rich in organic matter and minerals. This gives the wine its unmistakable mineral footprint and a balanced pH (3.63) that guarantees its elegance.
• 🍇 Pre-fermentation Cold Maceration: This technique gently extracts aromatic precursors from the skins, preserving the floral and fruity olfactory range typical of this native variety.
